Jonas Padberg joining the EAO group
The EAO Group is excited to welcome Jonas Padberg who is a Visiting Student Researcher in the Energy Science and Engineering Department this Spring 2025.
Jonas Padberg holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and is currently completing his M.Sc. in Energy Engineering as a Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford. Over the next five months, he will be working on the implementation of vehicle-to-grid technology in the BRIDGES energy system. This topic combines Jonas' previous experience as a student assistant for energy system modelling and as the technical lead for the club "Team Sonnenwagen Aachen", which develops and builds solar racing cars for the BWSC in Australia.
