Lama El Halabi named a Stanford Data Science Scholar

Stanford Data Science Scholars are a diverse group of early-career researchers from across the university, using and developing data science methods in their work. The program aims to build a community of researchers from various disciplines who exchange knowledge, share methods, and foster an innovative and supportive environment.

In her research, Lama employs computer vision models and statistical techniques to develop short-term probabilistic photovoltaic (PV) power forecasts from images of the sky and time series PV data.
